Job Responsibilities
- Read and process picking lists accurately.
- Locate and retrieve stock using location codes.
- Maintain clean and organized stock areas and warehouse spaces.
- Weigh and count large quantities of stock as required.
- Label, pack, and palletize products for shipment.
- Check and verify customer orders for accuracy.
- Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure workflow efficiency.
- Identify and correct stock or location errors.
- Strip pallets and assist with general warehouse duties as needed.
Essential Skills & Requirements
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to routinely lift boxes up to 25kg.
- Comfortable working at heights and using ladders.
- Basic understanding of Health & Safety procedures.
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.
- Previous warehouse or picker/packer experience is desirable but not essential.
