Work Responsibilities
- Greet and serve customers warmly and professionally.
- Take orders and process payments efficiently.
- Present and promote products attractively at the counter.
- Provide detailed product advice and recommendations to customers.
- Manage inventory and restock as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of all work areas and equipment.
- Comply with HACCP and company hygiene standards.
- Work weekends and adapt to varying workloads.
Skills & Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in food sales, hospitality, or customer service.
- DAP/CATP diploma or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Friendly, reliable, and customer-oriented.
- Fluency in German or Luxembourgish; French is an asset.
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work independently.
- Eligible to work in Luxembourg (visa sponsorship available for foreigners).
