Work Responsibilities
- Supply and prepare steel elements for assembly.
- Assemble steel structures according to workshop drawings and instructions.
- Use spot welding techniques to prepare components for welders.
- Perform semi-automatic MIG/TIG welding as required.
- Check quality and accuracy of completed work.
- Maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors.
Skills & Requirements
- Several years of experience as a welder or assembler.
- Diploma in Welding-Construction (or equivalent experience).
- Good spatial insight and ability to read technical plans.
- Accurate, quality-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Welding certificates (experience with roller bridge is a plus).
- Fluent in Dutch.
- Willingness to work in two shifts.
