About the Role
As a Waiter/Waitress at Hibiscus Hotels, you will play an essential role in ensuring guests enjoy a pleasant and seamless dining experience. You’ll welcome guests, take food and beverage orders, serve dishes and drinks, and uphold the hotel’s standards for quality and service.

Work Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables.
- Take food and drink orders accurately and deliver them promptly.
- Prepare and serve beverages, including cocktails and specialty drinks.
- Ensure tables and dining areas are properly set up and clean before each service.
- Handle billing and payments with professionalism.
- Monitor stock levels of drinks and bar supplies.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and adhere to health and safety regulations.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar position (restaurant, bar, or hotel).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Spanish or other European languages is a plus.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Team player who works well under pressure.
