The University of Tokyo MEXT Scholarship provides full financial support for international students. Benefits include:

    • Around ¥144,000 per month for Master’s students

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must meet the following requirements to apply:

  • Must be an international student (non-Japanese citizen)
  • Must be under 35 years old
