The University of Tokyo MEXT Scholarship provides full financial support for international students. Benefits include:

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following requirements to apply:
- Must be an international student (non-Japanese citizen)
- Must be under 35 years old
- For Master’s programs: must hold a Bachelor’s degree

- Must have strong academic performance
- Must be physically and mentally healthy
