Eligibility Requirements
- Open to applicants from abroad (non-Hungarian nationals). Applications from Hungarian citizens or dual nationals with Hungary are not accepted.
- Applicants must not be already enrolled in any self-financed higher education program in Hungary at the time of application.
- Candidates who have previously received the Stipendium Hungaricum scholarship are not eligible to reapply.
- Applicants must be under 18 years old on 31 August 2026 to apply for certain entry levels (check program-specific age rules).
