Work Responsibilities
- Vine training
- Canopy management (thinning, leaf plucking)
- Wire lifting
- Bud rubbing
- Trellis and irrigation system maintenance
- General vineyard labour as required
- Full on-the-job training provided
Skills & Requirements
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors
- Able to bend, walk, and stand for long periods
- Motivated, reliable, and willing to learn
- Able to pass a pre-employment drug test
- Driver’s licence preferred (not required)
- Criminal convictions considered case-by-case
- No vineyard experience required
