Duties & Responsibilities

  • Processing and handling meat products safely and efficiently
  • Working in various plant areas such as stockyards, cold stores, boning rooms, or processing lines
  • Operating machinery where trained
  • Knife handling and trimming (for skilled workers)
  • Maintaining hygiene, quality, and food safety standards
  • Working as part of a team to meet production targets
  • Always following health and safety procedures

What We Are Looking For

Successful applicants will demonstrate:

  • Willingness to learn new skills
  • Reliability and a strong work ethic
  • Ability to work night shifts, including weekends when required
  • Physical fitness and comfort with hands-on, repetitive tasks

Previous experience in meat processing, knife handling, or food manufacturing is an advantage but not essential.
