Jobs Responsibilities
- Sweep and maintain the grounds, removing all trash and debris to designated areas.
- Clean gutters and manholes to prevent blockages.
- Mow lawns and cut grass to maintain a neat appearance.
- Trim and prune shrubs, plants, and trees as needed.
- Contain and manage garbage in skips or designated disposal areas.
- Sanitize garbage skips when necessary.
- Maintain and care for gardening tools and equipment, reporting repairs when required.
- Keep common areas and pathways clean and hazard-free.
- Assist maintenance crews and contractors with property access and work setup.
- Support office staff with the removal or relocation of furniture and equipment.
- Perform other maintenance or groundskeeping tasks as assigned.
Required Skills & Experience
- 1–2 years of experience in groundskeeping, landscaping, or maintenance roles.
- Completed secondary education or equivalent.
- Knowledge of gardening techniques, fertilizers, and pesticides.
- Familiarity with sprinkler systems, irrigation, and landscaping equipment.
- Good time management and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Physical stamina – able to perform manual labor and stand for long periods.
- Ability to read, write, and follow instructions accurately.
