Financial Support for ADC Priority Countries
Students from ADC priority countries receive a fully funded scholarship, which includes:
- Full tuition fees
- Accommodation
- Monthly stipend
- Round-trip airfare
- Health insurance
- Meals from Monday to Sunday
- Excursions (excluding the ITB Berlin field trip)
Financial Support for Other Developing Countries
Students from other eligible developing countries receive partial funding, which includes:

- Monthly pocket money
- Health insurance
- Meals from Monday to Friday
- Excursions (excluding ITB Berlin)
The following costs are not covered under partial funding:

Eligibility Criteria for Austrian Development Scholarships 2026
To be eligible for the Austrian Development Scholarships, applicants must:
- Be a citizen of an ADC priority country or an eligible developing country
- Be between 18 and 35 years of age
- Meet the academic and professional requirements of the selected diploma program
- Demonstrate strong motivation and commitment to development-oriented education
