Farm Operations Include
- 35-hectare avocado orchard
- Beef cattle management
Work Responsibilities
- Assist the Farm Manager with daily farm operations
- Perform tractor spraying and general tractor work
- Carry out general farm maintenance and repairs
- Support cattle management activities
- Maintain a strong focus on workplace safety
- Communicate effectively with management
Skills & Experience Required
- Strong communication skills
- Experience operating tractors and spray equipment
- General farm maintenance knowledge
- Basic understanding of cattle management
- Responsible, safety-focused work attitude
Licences & Certifications (Preferred)
- Forklift ticket
- ChemCert ticket
- Heavy vehicle driver’s licence (advantage)
Candidate Requirements
- Must have the legal right to live and work in Australia
- Previous farmhand experience preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to operate tractors and perform general tractor work
- Experience in chemical handling (ChemCert preferred)
- Knowledge of general farm maintenance
- Basic understanding of cattle management
- Responsible, safety-focused work attitude
- Forklift licence (advantage)
- Heavy vehicle driver’s licence (advantage)
- Willingness to relocate if required
- Able to work some weekends
