About the Role
This is a hands-on supervisory position where you will lead shifts, mentor staff, and ensure an exceptional guest experience. You will start as a Waiter Supervisor / Duty Manager, with opportunities for advancement for high-performing staff.
Work Responsibilities
- Run restaurant shifts and lead the front-of-house team
- Work alongside all team members to maintain high standards
- Implement and follow hospitality systems and operational processes
- Train new and existing staff to Hot Tamale’s service standards
- Deliver exceptional customer service for every guest
- Contribute to a positive, professional team environment
Who We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years in a supervisor-level hospitality role
- Minimum 4 years restaurant hospitality experience (table service, high volume)
- Ability to commit 2+ years to the venue
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to relocate or reliably commute to Darwin, NT
- RSA certificate (preferred but not essential)
