What will you do as a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate?
As an Amazon Delivery Station Customer Support Associate, you will carry out real-time, hands-on investigations to find out where customer orders are located and how we can get them to our customers as swiftly as possible.
You will contact customers directly via phone and/or e-mail to confirm crucial delivery details and prevent delays. You will also act as an interface between our customers and Delivery Service Partners, to identify possible root causes, solve issues, and arrange for re-delivery when required.
What Are Your Hours?
This role requires working variable hours to match when customers need us most. You will work day shifts and your work week is a minimum of 40 hours, for example, 4x10hrs. To match our customer demand, we schedule based on a variety of different shift patterns within the operating hours of 11 am and 7:30 pm Monday to Sunday. You will receive your work schedule at least 6 weeks in advance. You may be required to work on national holidays and will be compensated accordingly. You will learn more about your exact schedule closer to your start date.
What Qualifications Do We Need From You?
- Minimum age: 18 years old
- Have the right to work in the Netherlands
- Strong communication skills in Dutch (both written and oral fluency – minimum of C1 level)
- Good communication skills in English (both written and oral fluency)
- Intermediate computer literacy
- The availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within the operating hours of 11:00 am to 7:30 pm
- Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts (i.e. weekend, and overtime as required)
