AFRIKA KOMMT Fellowship Program Information 2024
The AFRIKA KOMMIT program offers professionals a year-long stay in Germany, allowing them to work with partner companies, receive training and counselling, and participate in additional elements organized by GIZ, including language lessons, workshops, and networking events.
The company will select students through a process where participating companies choose their members and collaborate with large corporations.
Professionals living in Germany can learn the German language and participate in cultural differentiation classes, gaining knowledge about the country and its activities. This activity enables them to travel and discover the country’s culture, enhancing their understanding and involvement in the country’s actions.
The professional must complete three components of concentrated management training, focusing on understanding current global management techniques.

Eligibility Criteria for the AFRIKA KOMMT Fellowship 2024

- Applicants must be African citizens and hold their degree from a recognized university in the country.
- The applicant must accomplish a postgraduate degree or an MBA degree.
- The applicant must have at least two years of experience in the relevant field.
- Applicant must be proficient in the English language.
