Work Responsibilities
- Welcoming guests and completing check-in/check-out procedures
- Managing reception tasks both in person and over the phone
- Organising daily arrivals and departures
- Performing minor repair work and basic maintenance around the property
- Assisting with groundskeeping and ensuring the site remains orderly
- Handling general administrative and organisational duties related to campsite and apartment operations
Skills & Requirements
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly, professional manner
- Basic technical understanding and hands-on problem-solving ability
- Independent, reliable, and well-organised work style
- Team-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility
- Willingness to work weekends and public holidays (as scheduled)
- Excellent proficiency in German, French, and English
- Additional languages such as Polish or Dutch are an advantage
- Class B driver’s licence preferred
