About the Role
As a Service Employee, you will be part of our restaurant, bar, and event service team, ensuring an exceptional experience for every guest. You’ll provide personalized service, promote our culinary offerings, and embody the warm and professional spirit of A-ROSA hospitality.
Work Responsibilities
- Manage your assigned station and provide attentive guest service
- Advise guests on food and beverage selections
- Set up and maintain the service area (mise-en-place)
- Support restaurant, bar, and event operations
- Represent the A-ROSA holiday spirit and promote our services
- Ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming atmosphere
Qualifications
- Completed training in hospitality or relevant professional experience
- Friendly, confident, and guest-oriented demeanor
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Positive attitude and passion for service
- Sales awareness and initiative
- Fluent in English (German language is a plus)
