- Be a resident and/or a citizen of a KOICA partner country.
- Be under the age of 40 on February 1, 2025.
- Have good mental and physical well-being
- Hold a Bachelor’s Degree towards a Master’s or a Master’s towards a PhD
- Proficient in the English language (no IELTS required)
- At least a 2-year professional experience (Master’s) or a 3-year (PhD) experience is required.
- Government official, civil servant, or development professional duly recommended by their own government.
