• Full Tuition Fees: Covered directly by the scholarship.

• Monthly Stipend (Living Allowance):

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for this scholarship, applicants must:

• Be a citizen of or have been granted refugee status by an eligible Commonwealth country.
• Be permanently resident in an eligible Commonwealth country.
• Be available to start your academic studies in the UK by the start of the UK academic year in September 2026.
• Hold a first degree of at least upper second-class (2:1) honours standard, OR a lower second-class degree and a relevant Master’s degree by September 2026.
• Not be registered for a PhD, or an MPhil leading to a PhD, at a UK university before September/October 2026.
• Demonstrate financial need and be unable to afford to study in the UK without this scholarship.
• Provide all required documentation in the required format.

• Quality of the Research Proposal, including its potential to contribute to development in the scholar’s home country.
• Demonstrated Leadership Potential and ability to contribute to positive change.
